SheetPeek — Privacy Policy
SheetPeek is a Chrome extension that shows, inside Google Sheets, the actual values of the cell ranges referenced by the formula in the selected cell.
What SheetPeek collects
Nothing from your spreadsheets. SheetPeek does not collect, store, or transmit any spreadsheet data or usage data, and it contains no analytics or tracking.
Nothing leaves your browser. Your license key is checked inside the extension itself, so SheetPeek never contacts any server to verify it.
How it works
- SheetPeek runs only on pages under
docs.google.com/spreadsheets. - It reads the formula of the currently selected cell from the page you have open.
- To display referenced values, it requests those cell ranges from the same spreadsheet on
docs.google.com, using the Google session already active in your browser. This is the same access you already have to that spreadsheet. - The values are shown in a panel on the page and kept only in memory for the current page. They are not sent to any server operated by us or by anyone else.
If you uninstall SheetPeek
When you remove the extension, Chrome opens a short optional survey (Google Forms) asking why. The form is pre-filled with three values only: the SheetPeek version, how many days it was installed, and whether it was on the free trial or licensed. Nothing is sent unless you choose to submit the form. It never includes your license key, your email address, or anything from your spreadsheets.
What is stored on your device
The position of the SheetPeek panel (so it stays where you put it), saved in your browser's local storage for docs.google.com.
If you have a license, SheetPeek also stores your license key and the date you installed it, in the extension's own storage. Your trial period is counted from that install date. No spreadsheet content is stored.
No accounts, no OAuth
SheetPeek does not ask you to sign in, does not request Google OAuth permissions, and does not use any Google API on your behalf beyond loading the spreadsheet you already have open.
No analytics, no third parties
SheetPeek contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising code.
The extension does not contact any third party.
Purchases are handled by Stripe (sold through Link), so your payment details never pass through SheetPeek. Right after checkout, our key page asks Stripe whether that payment is complete and then shows your key. It keeps no record of you or your payment.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.

収集する情報
スプレッドシートに関するものは、ありません。 SheetPeek はスプレッドシートの内容も利用状況も収集・保存・送信せず、解析やトラッキングのコードも含みません。
ブラウザの外には何も出ません。 ライセンスキーは拡張機能の中で確かめるため、確認のためにどこかのサーバーへ通信することもありません。
動作のしくみ
docs.google.com/spreadsheets配下のページでのみ動作します。- 開いているページから、選択中のセルの数式を読み取ります。
- 参照先の値を表示するため、同じスプレッドシートの該当範囲を
docs.google.comに対して、ブラウザで有効なGoogleのセッションを使って読み込みます。これはあなたがそのスプレッドシートに対して既に持っているアクセス権と同じものです。 - 読み込んだ値はページ上のパネルに表示され、そのページを開いている間だけメモリに保持されます。私たちのサーバーにも第三者にも送信しません。
アンインストールしたとき
拡張機能を削除すると、理由をうかがう任意のアンケート(Googleフォーム)をChromeが開きます。フォームにあらかじめ入るのは、SheetPeekのバージョン、インストールしていた日数、試用中か購入済みかの3つだけです。送信ボタンを押さない限り、何も送られません。ライセンスキー、メールアドレス、スプレッドシートの内容は含みません。
端末に保存されるもの
パネルの表示位置を、ブラウザのローカルストレージ(docs.google.com)に保存します。
ライセンスをお持ちの場合は、ライセンスキーとインストールした日付を、拡張機能の保存領域に保存します。試用期間はこのインストール日から数えます。スプレッドシートの内容は保存しません。
アカウント・OAuthは使いません
ログインは不要で、GoogleのOAuth権限を要求せず、開いているスプレッドシートの読み込み以外にGoogle APIを利用しません。
解析・第三者提供はありません
解析・トラッキング・広告のコードは含まれていません。
拡張機能が第三者と通信することはありません。
購入手続きは Stripe(Link経由の販売)が行うため、お支払いの情報が SheetPeek を通ることはありません。購入直後に表示されるキーのページは、その支払いが完了しているかを Stripe に確かめてからキーを表示するだけで、お客様や支払いの記録は残しません。
